"Hi, my name is Bruce Acuna, I'm with Bruce's K.O. Boxing in Austin Texas, and today I'm going to show you, how to shadow box. All it is, we're working on all our combinations, and working, I'm moving around the ring, and see what our forms are going to look like. So what I'm going to do today, I'm just going to start with some basic shadow boxing, I'm just going to move with my jab, just move, move, here, set, throw my right hand, fade, come back with the right, move, just move, I'm going to move around slow, my defense all practice on that, catching and firing, catching and firing, catch and fire, here, here, set, throw combinations, fade, come back, sitting in the pocket, just throwing, combinations, fading, coming back, boom, here, here, working on getting inside, here, uppercuts, here, rolling, coming back with hooks. That's all I'm going to do, is just shadow box, all I'm doing is learning, working on my combinations, and moving in the ring, just looking for all my mistakes that I might make. Good luck. And remember, train like a champion."
