"Hi, my name is Bruce Acuna. I'm with Bruce's K.O. Boxing in Austin, Texas and today I'm going to teach you how to throw an uppercut. Uppercuts are use in inside fighting. So, once we made our move and got inside here, now I'm going to drop from here. I'm going to bend, squat, drop my shoulder as I'm coming up, I'll bring my arm from here not here because now I opened myself up. I want to stay tight. Take my hit. As I'm coming up, I'm going to bring my body weight straight up and I'll release my punch. So, I'll go here, bomb. I'll turn my hips at the top. This is my power in my legs bomb here landing in here, here, here. This is an uppercut. Good luck. Remember train like a champion. Thank you."
