"Hi, my name is Bruce Acuna. I'm with Bruce's K.O. Boxing in Austin, Texas, and today I'm going to show you how to move. What you can do off of your basic stance, here, and my feet are shoulder width apart. I'm, my back leg, if I'm a right-handed fighter is going to be my push leg, my left leg which is my lead leg will be my glide leg. My right leg will be my working leg. It's going to do all my work for me. So, what I'm going to do for my stance, I'm going to push off this right foot. As I come forward, I'll pop my jab out. My lead foot will paint, point my toes down here and point here whereas my feet are always on the ground. I don't want to get into the habit of picking up my feet. I want to always keep them on the ground. So, I'll just push, push off my right foot and glide off my left foot. If I'm left handed, it will be just the opposite. I'll just be here left handed. I'll push off my left leg and throw my jab with my right leg, here, here, here. Thank you. Good luck and remember, train like a champion."
