"Hi, I'm Todd Amazine. I've been an Internet Business Consultant for fifteen years. I'm going to show you how to remove double spacing from your e-mail signature in Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Outlook is a registered trademark of the Microsoft Corporation, a company with which I have no affiliation. Once Microsoft Outlook is open, select tools from the menu, scroll down and select options, select mail format from the tabs across the top and then click on signatures from the signatures box within the options window, click on the signature where you want to remove the double spacing and then click edit. Place your cursor at the end of the line just before the double spacing occurs and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Now hold down the shift key and hit enter. The double spacing will now be removed. Remember, even if you saw single spacing within the signature text, it may have appeared as double spacing within your actual signature in the e-mail. By using shift and then enter, it will remove the double spacing. Now click okay, click okay again and click okay once more.
