Hello again this is Oscar Moreno with Moreno Custom Home Visions and today we are going to be talking about how to replace a plug. It is real simple, we are going to be having to deal with only one little screw so the only tools we are going to need is just your basic screwdriver. So then what we are going to be doing is removing one single screw that is located right in top of the plug. By removing that screw we are going to be exposing all three wires and it is going to be pretty much very simple where you are going to have your hot, your neutral and your ground and basically what you are going to follow is with your new plug you are just going to basically mimic or copy the exact same way how the plug was hooked up so basically speaking we are going to use hot to hot white to white and ground to ground. And after you have reconnected all your wires back together we are going to be replacing the cover back on, securing it back on and there again you have got yourself a new plug.
