How to Call Romania From the United States

Hi everyone, my name is Russ Handler and did you know that if you're making an international phone call out of the United States, there's actually four separate numbers you need. There is a code to get out of the United States, there is a country code, then is a city code, then a number. Let's say you want to call Romania, pretty simple. Romania, 011, that will get you out of the country, 011; the country code is 40 in this case; and then of course there's the city code and then you need a number. Now the city codes do vary. So once again, calling Romania, 011-40, is the country code, you need then your city code and then of course the number that you're trying to reach. Now Romania's infrastructure has bit a little shaky over the last few years. But, they are definitely getting a lot better. So you should have a little bit of a, rather you should have good luck as far as drop calls are concern. They've got thousands and thousands, actually hundreds of thousands of cellphones in use over there in a pretty good satellite infrastructure.
