"Yes mom, I promise I'll be there, okay thank you. Hi everyone, my name is Russ Handler, and did you know calling internationally out of the United States, actually you need to dial four separate numbers. That's right, let's say for instance you want to dial Argentina. Well it's pretty simple, dialing Argentina, first you dial zero one one, that'll get you the international extension and get you out of the country. There's then a country code, a city code, then a number. If you could imagine that, lots to keep in mind. All right, so calling Argentina, zero one one, five four is then the country code, let's say we're going to call Buenos Aires, that would be eleven, that would be the city code, then of course the number for instance, let's pretend it's five five five nine six or nine nine six three. It's pretty simple, just remember your international extension, the country code, the correct city code, and then your number. Now, they do indeed have a complete digital network throughout Argentina. However, landline usage is improving but not saturated as some of the more developed countries, so there could be some dropped calls, but cell phones are on the rise in Argentina. I'm Russ Handler and have a wonderful day, I've got to make a phone call."
