"Hi everyone, I'm Russ Handler and I just love to travel. You know, it's very simple these days to hop on a plane and wake up in a new country or even a new continent and be not feeling very well. Often times when people travel, they get there, to their destination feeling lethargic. Their ankles are swollen, their fingers are swollen and they just don't feel right. A lot of times you can avoid this by simply staying hydrated. This is the best defense against any lethargicness and swollen limbs as a result of a long flight. Once in that plane, that cabin is very dehydrating to your body. Avoid alcoholic beverages, that will help immensely, and do avoid salty snacks which will want to make you drink things like soda. I don't drink soda on a plane, I drink juice, thats the best thing, it helps retain the nutrients. And by all means avoid caffeine and alcohol. That will help you get to your destination feeling a lot better. I'm Russ Handler, and thats how you do it."
