How to Add a Background to Your Friendster Profile

"Hi. My name's Tod Amazeen. I've been an Internet Business Consultant for fifteen years. I'm going to show you how to add a background to your Friendster profile. First log into your Friendster account, and then roll over with your mouse, my profile. Scroll down and click edit profile. On the my profile page, click on customize. Then scroll down almost all the way to the bottom of the page, until you see the advanced customization area, and customize CSS. Then we're going to customize our CSS, or Cascading Style Sheets, using the provided CSS editor. Click on customize with CSS editor. You see on this page, you'll be able to change the look and feel of almost every aspect of your Friendster profile. I'm not going to go through every item, but just to give an example, let's change the background color. So I'll click on choose color, I'll find the color that I like, and click on it. As you scroll through again, you'll see there are all sorts of options to change. When you've made all your selections and made all the changes that you want, click on generate Friendster code at the very bottom of the page. Once the code is generated, place your cursor anywhere in the box and click, and then click Control A on your keyboard, and then right click inside the box and choose Copy. What you've done now is you've copied all of that CSS code into your memory. And now we're going to go back to the Friendster profile. We're going to go into the customize CSS box. If there's code already in there, simply click in the box and select Control A and then right click with your mouse button and select paste. This will paste the customized CSS code that you generated on the other page into your CSS, and then we click save. You've just learned how to add a background to your Friendster profile.
