This is Rachel, with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about how to get enough protein in your diet. You might ask why do I need to get enough protein? Well, protein is one of the most fundamental building blocks for all the tissue in our body, so not just our muscles, but also our heart, our liver, and all of our organ tissue in our system. Protein is also the fundamental building block for all the enzymes and the hormones in our body; both your reproductive hormones, as well as enzymes and hormones needed for healthy brain function and so much more. So, a couple things that I recommend to people to get enough protein in their diet is to make sure that they're getting some animal protein throughout the day, so breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And so, thinking about getting some eggs, or some sort of turkey, bacon, or sausage, or another type of fish at breakfast is a good way to get in some protein. Another way to get in protein throughout the day or at breakfast is by including a protein powder like this one. This is actually a rice protein powder. I also highly recommend whey protein powders.
