"This is Rachel, with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about apple cider vinegar, and what is it. And so, I have with me here a couple examples of apple cider vinegar. And actually, it's a form of vinegar that does come from apples actually, believe it or not. It's it's distilled and it comes from apple cider. There are some numerous benefits of apple cider vinegar using it over other types of vinegar. One thing is that most types of vinegar contribute to yeast, or Candida growth in the body, and apple cider vinegar is exempt from this list. Also, apple cider vinegar helps with the ph levels in the body, so it actually helps to neutralize your ph, rather than to acidify it which is kind of a unique feature about it. You know, one thing is that most salad dressings will have white or other types of vinegar. This is one by Bragg. It's Bragg brand, and it actually contains apple cider vinegar, as you can see; as well as extra virgin olive oil, and lots of healthy ingredients in this one. This is Rachel, with Nutrolution, in Miami, Florida."
