"Are you looking to hire a receptionist in your growing organization? Well my name is Kelly and I am here to offer some tips for hiring a receptionist. When hiring a receptionist you are looking for a director of first impressions. Some things to look for in the person that you hire would be a great front office appearance. The receptionist is the person that a guest is the first person to see when they arrive and the last person to see when they leave. A receptionist should always be able to greet someone with a friendly smile and the right attitude. A receptionist has a lot of important responsibilities such as answering the phone, taking messages, making travel arrangements, doing catering and really any administrative duties that are asked upon that person. When you are looking for a receptionist you should always look for someone with a pleasant speaking voice for answering the phone and passing messages. Someone that is reliable, that will be there, that will show up. A receptionist is a great asset to any organization and should always be considered as a director for first impressions. I hope that these tips are helpful for hiring a receptionist. Thank you so much and good luck."
