My name's Kelly and I'm here to offer you some tips and advice on how to research your salary online and make sure you're being paid fair market value. Now, before I get started, let me say different salaries and different organizations all have different rates of pay and that will always vary based on experience, education and the type of industry that you're working in. Now, a great resource to consider to help you see if your salary is in line with your experience is the Bureau of Labor Statistics. BLS.gov is a great website. It gives you an opportunity to type in your demographic area, your education level, your work experience and then you can measure and find out if what you're being paid is in line with your area in the nation. So, again, your salary will always vary based on education, experience, industry and sometimes even just down to the company. But BLS.gov, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, is a great resource to consider when making sure you're paid fair market value. Thanks."
