"Are you looking to hire a tailor? When hiring a tailor there are several things that you should consider. My name is Kelly and I am here to offer you several tips on hiring a tailor. A good place to start when looking for a tailor if you don't know one personally would be to check the Yellow Pages. In checking the Yellow Pages you can search for all types of tailors by specialty or location, that's always a good thing. After you pick someone take pictures of what you want to be done. If you have a pair of pants take a picture of if you would like them hemmed or changed. Ask for prices. Do they work by the piece, by the hour, by the article of clothing. Those are good things to know. Also look into the turnaround time. Find out what their turnaround time is, if they can't finish your project by the date that you need it, that's a problem. Check references and find out how other people have liked their work or ask them to speak to some of the people who they have done tailoring for. Those are all great things to consider when you are looking to hire a tailor. Again you want to consider the price, the turnaround time, references and location and proximity to where you are. Thanks. I hope my tips are helpful."
