"Now I'm going to show you how to perform a track stand. The first thing that you are going to want to do is turn the wheel at a forty five degree angle. If you feel yourself loosing balance you just let go of the brakes for a minute and it balances you out while you are leaning the bike on the inside of your leg. And that's how to do a track stand. You want to do a track stand basically if you came to a tricky part on a trail and you are trying to eyeball it and see which lines you were going to take. But honestly there's no real reason to do it."
