"Ok, let's start. First thing we're going to want to do, is turn the oven on, and we're going to turn it on to about 350, since we're only working with one piece of chicken, instead of two. Even though we're going to be making the rice last, we're going to make one of the ingredients for the rice, first. We're going to be making vegetable stock, so what we're going to do, is we're going to put about a half a cup of water, on the stove, and then we're going to heat that up, about medium temperature. We're going to take the base, and take about a tablespoon of stock. We're going to add the stock, and then we're going to stir it up, until it dissolves in the water. It will also break up as it gets hotter, but we're just going to help it along, by stirring it. It's always important to add the water first, because these type of bases are very sticky, and you may not be able to get it off the spoon, otherwise."
