"You are an employer that has special needs, for specialty workers outside of the United States, and you've heard something about a program that enables specialty workers outside the United States, to come to the United States, and apply their work or trade, under something known as an H1B Visa. Hello, I'm Robert Todd, and I'm here to answer the question, How to file for an H1B Visa? Well, to begin with, the foreign worker that you are looking into, or the foreign workers that you're looking into, must possess a four year college degree education, from an accredited university, or college, or the equivalent in work experience. Next, these parties must complete satisfactorily, a Labor Condition Application, abbreviated LCA, with the United States Department of Labor, and a specific wage must be determined. There are specific laws that govern this entire procedure, and if you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself ,we strongly urge you to consider hiring a lawyer, that specializes in Immigration Services, and has experience in dealing with H1B Visas.
