"Hi I'm Laura from youngwritersworkshops.com. I'm going to talk about what is the job of a copywriter. A copywriter is a person who writes the material that appears in an ad or on a website or just about anywhere that you see writing that is written by a copywriter. Copy is a word used for the text so it could be ad copy it could be website copy but that is just another term that is used to describe the writing that you see in just about any published form. The work that a copywriter often does is often dictated by a client. A client may request some writing to go on the back of a packaged product or on the book cover or just about anywhere that you see the words written. There is generally a client who hires a copywriter to do it and so it is work for hire and that is what the work of a copywriter is."
