How to Choose the Best Foundation Color for Your Skin Type

"That's not right, okay. Hi, looking for colors, foundations? Trying to fit the color of your skin to the foundation and having a difficult time? Well my name is Sylvia Russell and this is how you can choose the right foundation color for your skin type. Now finding out what your skin type is very important. Skin type refers to do you have oily skin, dry skin, combination? Those are your skin types. Now there are many foundations and products on the market to help go with each individual skin type. My model here has beautiful skin. She's a normal skin type with maybe some combination meaning oil and dry. So we're going to use a cream product for her. Cream is going to help the drier areas and then she won't have too much oil in the other areas because we're putting oil on the skin. Make sure that you choose the right color for the skin. Now this is how you do that. Take a little bit of color, swipe it along the jawline. If it's too light or too dark, you know that that's not the right color. Making sure you choose the right color is very important. You might want to try several shades of foundation until you find the right color that is good for your skin type. Remember, choosing a color for your skin type is important, but choosing the formula for your skin type can also be very important.
