"O.k., so going to put a little eyeliner there, great. Hi, today I'm here to show you how to apply eyeliner. My name is Sylvia Russell. Now eyeliner is very easy, let's get a couple of things straight, eyeliner comes in many different forms. You can use a pencil, you can use a brush and apply it using a powder, there's also liquid eyeliner out there. So make sure you choose the best product for your eye. If you have sensitive eyes, look for products that are great for sensitive eyes, and also there are products out there that are waterproof. That way if you have an oil breakout through the day you won't have a problem with running. Now if you're going to use a powder, using your brush you want to take soft strokes across the top of the lid like so. Powders are nice because you can smudge and create a smoky eye, and with the excess powder you can just run it over the brow like so. Now if you prefer a pencil, make sure that your pencil is transfer resistant, you don't want it to run and smudge. You want to make sure that you get a nice clean line, look up for me, and you just simply start at the corner and work your way in. Now some people like to stop half way, and some people like to take it all the way to the corner. Use your discretion when doing this. It has to compliment your eye. My name is Sylvia Russell and this is how you apply eyeliner."
