"Hi, my name is Rosario Nene Ortega. I'm a Dance Instructor, Ballroom and Tango at the Goddess Store in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip we're going to learn how to do a fan in the American Tango. Okay. So let's start with the basic steps, so we remember a little bit. Going back slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Now I'm going to place my right leg in front, I'm going to bend that slightly and it's going to be my support leg. My back leg which is the left is going to come around, around and around and around. It's called a fan. I'm going to do it again. So just step forward with your right and you fan with your left. Well, let's take from this angle, to see how it looks. I'm going to step with the right and my left is going to fan forward; fan, okay. So this is the fan in the American Tango. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, step, fan.
