"Hi, my name is Rosario Nene Ortega. I'm a Dance Instructor, Ballroom and Tango at the Goddess Store in Hollywood, Florida. In this step, I'm going to tell you how to do the underarm turn in the Rumba. In the Rumba, we're going to do, first the half walks; going back, two, side, together. Now I'm going to go forward in the slow and my partner is going to lift my hand, my arm indicating that I have to turn. So the first step, I'll show it again, when I'm going to turn is slow, then I start turning. I walk quick, quick, pivot facing my partner again and then, side, together. So I go forward, I lift my arm, I continue walk, walk, turn, side, together. Slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick. This is the underarm turn in the Rumba.
