"Hi I'm Les Whitley and I would like to take a few minutes right now and talk to you about a couple of different ways that you can use to get ripped. In getting ripped you want to minimize the amount of body fat that you have throughout your body. That comes in a lot of high intense training with a great overall nutritional program to minimize that body fat especially in the mid section to reveal those nice chisel toned abs that everybody looks for. So a basic exercise that can stimulate your overall musculature to maximize the calorie burn throughout the course of a day would be something like a plyometric box jump moving into a push up and using like a ballistic type movement where you may clap in between for repetitions and then finishing up with an overall ball slam for repetitions so begin with a plyometric box jump, shooting for repetitions, 5 to 10, moving straight in to the plyometric push up with the clap in between followed by the over head medicine ball slam, reaching up high, slamming it down, catching it for repetitions. You are raising your heart rate, stimulating your overall muscle mass, expending calories from your entire body. The type of intensity and training that this involves will help you reach that ripped physique in a very short amount of time. Train hard, train smart, train with intensity to reach that ripped level. I'm Les Whitley and those are a few exercises to help you get there."
