"Hi, my name's Otis St. Clair, and I'm here today to talk to you about how to play flag football. Flag football is basically played the same as regular football. The rules are pretty much the same. You cannot false start for the ball snaps. You cannot pass interference. Some of the same rules as regular football. The only difference is, there's not as much equipment. This is basically all you need right here. A flag belt. You put it on, buckle up, grab a football and go. One more difference is, flag football can be played on a different sized field, where that you get a first down every twenty yards. So you have four downs to get twenty yards to move the football down field to score a touchdown. And instead of tackling, you just pull the flag. And that's why it's called flag football. My name's Otis St. Clair. Go play some flag."
