"Hi, my name's Otis St. Clair, I'm here today to tell you, to teach you how to play ultimate football. Now, ultimate football can be played on any surface such as a regulation football field, or indoors on the basketball court with goals set up at either end of your playing surface. The game starts with the offensive taking possession of the ball and trying to move it by passing it forward or laterally within five seconds. Once a teammate has possessed the ball, they are only allowed to take two steps, if they take anymore than two steps, the balls turned over to the defense and is now the other teams turn to move the ball. The object of the game is to score a goal, by passing the ball to one of your teammates, in the opposing teams in zone. Now, if the ball is intercepted by the defensive player, it's a change of possession and the opposing team has the opportunity to move the ball laterally by passing it down field. And, once you catch the ball right here, you've scored in ultimate football. My names Otis St, Clair, and that's how you play ultimate football."
