"Next I'm going to talk to about the tom toms. These two drums right here are the tom toms. This is the hi-tom, this is the floor tom. Hi-tom is also referred to as a rack tom because sometimes drummers use a rack and it's up there on that. This is the floor tom because it stands on the floor by itself. I'll talk to you about the floor tom first. It's the same as this the hi-tom that I showed you before except it has these on them; they'll attach the floor tom legs to it so it holds up. Its lower pitched than the hi-tom hence the name. They're used mostly in rock and roll for fills but sometimes used as a time keeper too. So the basic use of the toms is something like this. I mean you know so you've heard the radio before you, you can hear them sounds. So when you hear those noises that's these drums right here."
