"Hi, I'm Kelli. I'm an aesthetician and make up artist at Ulta Salon and Cosmetics and I'm going to talk to you about what permanent make up is. Basically, there's three different places on the face that you can get permanent make up done and those are the eyebrows, the eye-liner and the lip-liner. Basically permanent make up kind of is like a tattoo. You actually have basically it's exactly like what a tattoo artist does. It's ink and a needle, and they basically draw it on the skin that way. Say if either maybe have suffered from chemo, and you've lost all your eyebrows, or you've always just had really thin, light brows and you want those tattooed on, that's probably one of the most common one. Eye-liner is not as popular as it used to be. It can be a little bit painful, but you want to make sure that you definitely research who you're going to. Make sure you go to somebody who's licensed to do permanent make up or even some tattoo artists are licensed to do it. Lip-liner is definitely probably a little bit out dated. A lot of people don't do the permanent lip liner anymore because then you always have to wear lipstick. So those are some examples of what permanent make up is."
