"Hi, I'm Kelli. I'm an aesthetician and make up artist at Ulta Salon and Cosmetics and I'm going to give you some tips on how you can exfoliate your body. One of the most simple things that you can do is to get a really good loofah. Just by bathing with a loofah that has a lot of, a little bit of abrasiveness to it so it's going to give you a nice manual exfoliation to help to remove any surface layer of dead skin. You can also use a body scrub. There's a lot of different body scrubs on the market. You can use, one of my personal favorites is sea salt. It's a really great body scrub and you can use it in conjunction with a loofah, or by itself and those do a really great job with help to remove surface flakes of dead skin on the body. And one of the other things that you can do is there's a lot of actual alpha-hydroxy body lotions on the market now a days. Basically what an alpha-hydroxy does is it penetrates deeper through more layers of the epidermis to help to dissolve more layers of dead skin and bring healthier skin to the surface. So those are some examples of things that you can use to help to exfoliate the body."
