"Hello! My name is Greg Koenig, owner of fitness For Life. And today, we're going to discuss, how to eat while weight training. It's kind of a general subject. If you're looking to put on lean mass and size. You need to make sure that your macro nutrients, your chicken, your protein. Let's just be a little more specific, protein Whether be through a casein protein, which is in milk. Or animal protein, whether be chicken, beef. Or some complete proteins like tofu. You want to make sure that your macro nutrients are up. Carbohydrates as well. If you're trying to lose weight with, as far as nutrition goes. You want to keep your macro nutrients, lower. Mainly your protein levels. Protein is a lean mass stimulant. So nutrition is very vital in strength conditioning. To recover from lactic acid, build up proper nutrition. Macro nutrients and micro nutrients are very, very beneficial. And are needed to help excrete lactic acid. So you recover faster, build faster. Therefore you can work out more often. But to conclude our talk, optimal nutrition. If you're not familiar with nutrition and you need guidance. You should seek a sort of a nutritionist and or dietitian.
