"Hello I am Greg Koenig owner of fitness for life. And today we have Hunter and Sarah and they are here to demonstrate what the proper or the proper apparel to wear during the weight training session. Hunter has a loose fitting shirt, loose fitting shorts and athletic shoes. So nothing that's very restrictive, that's the important thing is he has free range of motion without having a lot of clothing that's going to pull and restrict his movement. Sarah has on a tennis skirt, tennis shoes and a relaxed t shirt, non restrictive for full range of motion. Sarah does tennis specific with me so having proper range of motion with her attire is important. Hunter is a baseball specific client and so we have to have a lot of articulation and range of motion through the shoulder so. What not to wear in a gym would be open toed shoes, flip flops, so on and so forth. Jeans of course, and boots, preferably tennis shoes, loose fitting shorts, and or tennis skirt and t shirt. And this concludes our weight training clothing review."
