"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas with MyWigglesandGiggles.com and I'd like to share with you how to start a daycare center. Well first and foremost I would highly suggest to get a business plan together and you can find lots of business plans if you go to your local library or whatnot. A lot of the times they have specific books on childcare services so definitely get yourself a business plan and find out why your mission basically of why it is you want to open a daycare center. Next I would get with your department of family protective services to find out your minimum standards and regulations in actually opening a daycare center. A lot of the times they will set you up with an orientation and kind of give you an overview and this basically to kind of give you the chance to decide whether its something you really want to do. From there you'll definitely follow up on your business plan, read over your minimum standards and regulations and just follow through from there. So it's a long process but its very rewarding and its definitely something that's, it's a great deal of contributing to your community so here's to you for starting a daycare center."
