"Okay, so we're going to talk about how to switch your dog's food let's say from a food that looks like this to a food that looks very, very different and is these bigger pieces. So, obviously your dog is going to be accustomed to one type of food; say for example this one, and when you look at the bowl you'll see that it's a type of food that she's familiar with, so she's going to want to eat that. Now, if I were to just take this other type of food, and I currently have it in a bag so I'm not going to put it down because the bag is a choking hazard, and I put it in the bowl one day to another it might not interest the dog too much. So, the best way to do it is to take some of the new food and mix it in with the old one. This is a great way to get the dog interested in the new food. Here, she happens to be going for the new food, cause' that food is much more tasty to this particular dog. And as you can see, she ate one of the pieces from the new food. Eventually, you continue to switch over until you're half and half, and then, it's mostly the new type of food. Eventually the bowl will just be the new food, and you'll have successfully switched your dog over from one type of food to another."
