on 10/15/2009 I have concur with bambi7. This method doesn't work. Account "A" will always be found. I have even tried using a different PC as well as the same PC that account "B" uses (thinking that it may not be the email address but the IP address that Skype tracks)... same result. So unless I am missing a critical step, this method does not work. Am I missing something?

on 7/2/2009 Maybe I don't get it but... I created 2 accounts on 2 different PCs and run Skype. I established a connection between account "A" and account "B". After that from account "A" I have blocked account "B". I made a third account on a new skype with same name and email of account "B", only the skype username is different /that was the point isn't it?/ I looked for account "A" and I found it. It wasn't a problem that account "A" had blocked me /"B"/.
So this new user must have the same or not - email address... I suppose it should because if something had been blocked that should be the information that the old account consist?

And another question - Why you should run a new skype, when if you sign out and try to sign in again there is an option to create a new account?

"So you're a Skype user and you've got a healthy user list. But one of your friends has just dropped off the list. Are they blocking you? Well you can't really find out just by looking at the user list but there are ways around that and we're going to show you how to find out if a person is blocking you in Skype. So you want to find out if you've been blocked from another persons Skype account. Well there's no way to do it inside Skype itself. You can't tell whether or not you've been blocked just because someone's dropped off your, your list. So what you've got to do is actually set up a new account in Skype. A fresh one. So go ahead and rerun the Skype setup process. Alright. So you've got to create a new Skype account and put in your name and your Skype name. And of course your password. Accept the terms of service. And of course go ahead and put in your email and relevant information as they ask for it. Thus creating the account. And it's in, we're good to go. You've now created a new account under a new name. And so what you're going to do now is you're going to add a, that contact that you think might have blocked you. So go ahead and type in their name. Do a search. And, oh, they are not there. Now they may, you may have made a typo but, there's a chance that they may be blocking you and you've just found out."
