"Hi, my name is Windy St. George, and this is how to play "Spit". Spit is sometimes also called "Slap". You basically just divide the cards amongst the players. You can play up to four or five people, more than that and they're only going to have a few cards a piece, but the more people you have, the funner it is. Basically you're just trying to get rid of the cards in your hand as fast as possible by following suit. So a card is played out, and anyone can go, it's a free-for-all to match this, either one number up or one number down, or by suit. So...3, 4...you try to do this as fast as possible...3, ("ha, ha, I blocked you!"), 2, Ace, King...("ah, a run.") You continue in this fashion until the first person is out of their cards. If two people play at the same time you slap your hand down so the other person can't play the card, and whoever had their hand down, they get to have their card down, the other person has to take their card back. You go until one person's out of cards in their hand, and they're the winner! And that's how you play Spit!"
