"Rome was not built in a day. They had goals. This is Dr. Paul, author of Boomer Girls a Boomer Woman's Guide to Men and Dating. How to set goals? Three steps. Short term, mid term and long term goals. You cannot do it overnight. Whether you're a man or a woman, you need to have goals on a step basis. Any major corporation, any business has to have short term, mid term and long term goals. And you're no different. If you believe that you're going to do it all at once, think again. It won't happen. It'll become completely frustrating for you. And write them down. Put them on a legal pad that you can refer to later. In fact, if your goals are so critical to you, write them on a piece of paper and tape them to that mirror you see every morning when you're combing your hair, whatever, and you read them again. And subconsciously, those goals will go into your thinking. That's what it's all about. Don't think all at once. You can only eat an elephant one bite at a time. This is Dr. Paul. May your fantasies of today be your realities of tomorrow."
