If you'd like to make a phone call, then please, don't use the English or the Scottish country codes, because they don't really work if you want to make a phone call to Ireland. They don't have the same codes. First of all, you have to determine what time it is in Ireland. Ireland is equal to Greenwich Mean Time, which means that it is five hours later in Ireland than it is on the East Coast of the United States, and it is eight hours later in Ireland than it is on the West Coast. Zero eleven is the international access code which you first have to dial, as always. Secondly, you have to dial 353, which is the country code for Ireland. Thirdly, please remove the zero from the city code, and dial the remaining digits. It's that easy."
