"You've just received a traffic citation and you're debating whether or not you want to fight it and you're unsure of fighting it because you don't know the traffic rules of the traffic court in your location. Hello, I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how to find rules for traffic court. Well, perhaps the best source is the traffic court where you would have to appear to fight the traffic court citation that you received. Generally, if you go down and talk to the clerk at that office. They have the rules and procedures for that traffic court available. If you don't feel like going down to the traffic court, you may try going on the Internet and looking under your state's division of motor vehicles and tracking down the rules for traffic court in your state, and then determining whether they very from county to county or from location to location. And if all else fails, probably the best way is to go down to your traffic court and actually observe some traffic hearings to see how it's down. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
