"You are driving down the road and you notice that there's a police officer several cars behind you and after several miles it seems like this police officer is simply following you. And lo and behold, ultimately you are pulled over and you receive a speeding ticket. Hello I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how to get out of a speeding ticket when pacing occurs. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
