"You've just received a speeding ticket that you don't feel you deserve and you're considering fighting it. Hello, I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how to fight a speeding ticket. Well one of the first things when you're in the immediate situation don't take it out on the officer that is providing you with the traffic citation for speeding. You want to be as polite and courteous as possible or the situation can escalate. Then if you really are considering fighting this speeding ticket, you want to make sure that there is a defense available to you. The officer clocked you wrong, you weren't really going the speed that is indicated on the citation and that you have some basis for evidence to fight it. If you've never been to traffic court before or if you've never been to court before, you may want to seriously consider hiring an expert such as a lawyer that specializes in traffic citations and speeding citations. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
