"You just exited the stadium after your team just won a big, big game and you come out to your car and you find a parking ticket on the windshield. Hello, I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how to fight a parking ticket. Well the first thing to look at is see if the ticket has any mistakes on it. Is it describing the wrong car, does it have the wrong license number, is it describing the wrong location where you were parked. And if it does have a mistake on it, it maybe as simple as a phone call to city hall to talk to a clerk to describe the mistake. Or it may require a trip down to city hall to point this out to the clerk directly. If you get into a situation where you actually have to go to court to fight the ticket, you may want to think twice about it because its going to take a very viable defense to beat the parking ticket before a court of law and that would be something like the wording on the sign for no parking was unclear or the paint had faded or something of that nature. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
