Have you ever been search, checking out a website or looking to find something and you, a product for example, and you get to the website and on there is a button that says live chat? There's only a picture of a person; generally a woman on there and then there's a button that you would click on that says live chat. In actual fact, you're through to a live person, and that live person can be in your office, can be remotely, can be in this different office. It can be in Europe, it could be anywhere in the world that that live chat connects to. And that person then is online with you, normally text. You're typing back and forth with information and messages. But that's how I researched what I was talking about today, live chat, by going to live chat. Your options are pretty simple in terms of how you can set it up on your website. There are services that will do this for you. They'll load it onto your system. They will provide the codes, whatever else you need. They'll do the reports for ya' as well. You can buy the software yourself, do it yourself, manage it yourself.
