"Conference calling is really good, it's a great way to sort of open up the world to you. It's a business tool,it can be a personal tool as well. My name is Kathy Pabst Robshaw total telephone effectiveness. Conference calling is all about hooking together as few as three or four people or as many as a hundred people. How it works, what I do is I go to the web and sign them with free conference call dot com and get a free phone number and get a free pin number that becomes your major tool to make this all happen and come together. So that the time of the call, let everyone know what time the call is, give them the phone number, give them the pin. They dial in, they call they are into the phone call and you all are talking together. I've used it for business meetings as many as eight people, a few as eight people, I should say. I've even been on a call with a hundred people. The challenge there is some person has to be the moderator and be in charge of the whole phone call. The cost is zero in terms of setting up the call, but it actually incurs the phone call charge of course. It's used internationally as well, anyone can call the states, you can call on that conference number. Call family, business, friends.
