"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas, and I'm with mywigglesandgiggles.com, and I 'd like to show you how you know when it is to stop swaddling your baby. So, some of the key things are well, the reason that you swaddle your baby a lot of the times is to keep them secure and to help them not startle themselves when they're sleeping. So, it's pretty simple. When you are having lots of trouble swaddling your baby cause' they are moving way too much, or they're just getting too big where the blanket no longer covers them that's usually a pretty good sign. Also, if you start noticing that they are just constantly getting out of it, and not very comfortable that is a good sign to not swaddle your baby anymore. Usually, you only do it for the first you know, few months to even four and five months, but soon after that they're pretty good on, you know, by that time they got the hang of probably sleeping at longer periods of time, and not startling themselves as as they would as an infant. So, they'll kind of let you know on their own when they're ready to not be swaddled anymore."
