"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas with my wigglesandgiggles.com, and I'm going to share with you, how to warm up a bottle. There's different ways that you can do this, one of the most common ways is usually to run the bottle that you've chosen under warm water for a few minutes, or one of the easiest ways is to purchase a bottle warmer, that are fairly cheap, and are very, very efficient. Usually you plug in your bottle warmer, and depending on what size or what type of bottle warmer, it usually contains just a small amount of water to steam up the bottle, and usually you have a little handle or some sort to put in, to lower the bottle into, and you can just heat it up from there, it steams it basically. Some of them have timers, but I would highly suggest to keep an eye on your bottle, to make sure it doesn't get too hot for your baby. One of the ways to check, is to definitely squirt a little bit on the top of your hand, because it's pretty sensitive there, so that'll give you a good temperature without burning yourself. So definitely it just takes a few minutes to warm up a bottle in a bottle warmer, or you can run it under warm water, and just slowly check the temperature there. Definitely it'll take a little bit longer with your faucet and running water, as it would to your bottle warmer, but both are effective ways and easy to do."
