"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas, and I'm with my wigglesandgiggles.com, and I'm going to share with you, how to help a baby sleep. One of the things before bedtime is definitely to do some calm and soothing activities, like book reading or some soft music, definitely keeping the mood real light before bed. A lot of the times good rocking or swaying will definitely help. Letting them go to sleep in your arms is really nice, it's a little bit of a transition to put them in the bed once they've fallen asleep, but I think definitely some song and some movement will definitely help them. Maybe a little something like creating the womb with some white noise in the background, or some soft music playing. But a lot of hands on, snuggles, things like that would really, really help out with the baby, especially if they're having trouble going to sleep. So I would definitely stick to some music and some sweet snuggles."
