"Save a tree, reduce paperwork. My name is Gloria Campbell, and I'm with Advantage Training Systems, in St. Petersburg, Florida. How to reduce paperwork is one of those things that I'm a big proponent of. One of the best things that you can do, is to begin to put everything in electronically. Use a computer or a PDA. It doesn't really matter, but reducing paperwork, is one of those things that really can begin to make us more effective. Make sure that you have a good system, for storing things electronically, and being able to retrieve them. Remember, that you can store everything on a hard drive, or everything that you're going to need, on a little flash drive, now, so begin by deciding what can be stored electronically. You can take those files with you on a flash drive, and also get rid of paper that you don't need any longer. If you're receiving information on a daily basis, go through that information. Discard things that you're not going to need, or you know that you're not going to be doing anything with, and reduce that paperwork as much as possible. I'm Gloria Campbell, with Advantage Training Systems, in St. Petersburg, Florida, and I want you to save a tree. Get rid of that paperwork."
