And there's several things that we could do to be sure of that. The first thing I'd suggest you do is evaluate yourself. Where are you now and where do you want to go? The next thing is, do a little inventory. What skills, what's your strengths? What are your weaknesses? And begin to build on those weaknesses. Get rid of them. Get the skills that are necessary, cross those things out. One of the other things that you can do is. To take on assignments that perhaps other people don't want. People at the top will notice. If there's something that needs to be done and you're willing to do it. It's one of best ways to highlight your skills.
