"Do you have an annoying lip sore that won't go away? Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz and I'm here to tell you on how you can heal your lip sores. First of all you definitely want to contact your general dentist and inform him that you have a lip sore. Most of the time with your lip sores once they come to a head and they appear it takes about two to three maybe sometimes even a week for them to disappear. So basically what you want to do in the meantime, contact your general dentist, let him know that you have it and then also you can go to the pharmacy purchase what we call like Orajel. It is a jell that is a numbing agent that you can place on your lip and in the meantime so that way whenever you place it on there, you let it sit for about one to two minutes before the numbingness starts to take effect. And it just basically it reduces the discomfort that you are going to get from your lip sore. You also could rinse with warm salt water rinses, you can actually take warm salt water, kind of massage it.
