"Do you have canker sores? Well my name is Michelle and I am a dental assistant with Solutionz and I'm going to explain to you on how you can get rid of canker sores. There's several different ways so first of all, canker sores pretty much originates from if you're really stressed or if you have vitamin deficiency in your bloodstream. You'll start to notice canker sores popping up throughout your mouth. So what you want to do is you really want to make sure that you reduce the stress in your life of course as much as possible, and then you also want to start taking vitamins, whether its a multi-vitamin or vitamin C is great because the acid in the vitamin C will reduce the canker sores from appearing throughout your mouth. Or, and also too, you could also rinse with hydrogen peroxide and what this does is it really just soothes the canker sore, it relieves the discomfort that you might have from it and it also helps reduce the inflammation that you are getting from the canker sore. So you definitely want to rinse with hydrogen peroxide, take vitamin C or a multi-vitamin.
