"Everybody of course on the trampoline wants to learn how to flip, so I'm going to show you two shortcuts into learning how to flip forwards and backwards, all right. The first one is just simply lean forward, go to the back drop and go to your feet. I'm going to show it at a slight angle so you can it better. Without any balance just over to your back, over to your feet, and that's of course a front flip. Here it is. Back, front. Now I'm going to add a little bounce to it and make it look a little more dangerous. If I stay laid out on the first part it's known as a suicide, so here I'm going to dive and duck. Of course, I don't recommend that version, just simply learn over, back drop, feet, and you have the half of a front flip. Same trick going backwards, back drop, feet, back drop, feet. And with one balance in between you have a back flip, so here it is again I lean back, bring my knees in, and that's done in the tuck position. Here is the same trick done in a pike, I'm going to pike in the beginning and pike at the end. Pike, and there it is."
